Gifted Education Subcommittee Report to the Strategic Multiples Committee of the Governor’s Education Finance Task Force

The Strategic Multiples Committee of the Governor's Education Finance Task Force (http://www.ie2.org/) requested best-practice recommendations from several programs that serve special populations of students, including Gifted Education. The Strategic Multiples Committee, along with the Best Practices and Cost Model Committees, will determine the programs and services needed in public education in order to achieve educational excellence and will make recommendations about funding in November 2006. This is the report submitted by the Gifted Education Subcommittee, describing excellent practices in Gifted Education.
