Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption by the State Board of Education. Prior to adoption rules must be formally initiated and submitted for a public review period of at least 30 calendar days.
Rules currently being considered are listed below. Details on how to provide feedback via U.S. mail, email, and phone, along with details on how to provide feedback in person at the State Board's public hearing on the proposed rule change, are listed in the "Notice of Proposed Rulemaking" document.
