State Board to Hold Called Meeting July 28
 MEDIA CONTACT  - GaDOE Communications Office, (404) 463-1487,  dtofig@gadoe.org  or  mcardoza@gadoe.org      The State Board of Education will hold a called meeting on Tuesday, July 28, at 8 a.m., to adjust state policies and rules related to recently-announced budget reductions for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.    The meeeting will be held in the State Board Room, 2070 Twin Towers East in Atlanta, but in order to save money, many of the State Board members will participate via conference call. The meeting will also be webcast via the department's website,  www.gadoe.org .     The agenda will be posted at least 24 hours in advance on the State Board's  eBoard website .
