March 29, 2017 – The State Board of
Education will hold a public hearing for citizens in the Second Congressional
District on April 24, 2017. The meeting will be held from 7
to 8 p.m. at Marion County High/Middle School, 1 Eagle Drive, Buena Vista,
Georgia 31803.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments from interested
citizens and educators within the congressional district regarding the
performance and problems of public education. Those wishing to speak should
