​The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing for citizens in the 14th Congressional District on Monday, May 22, 2017. 

The meeting will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Whitfield County Schools Administrative Office Building, 1306 South Thornton Avenue, Dalton, GA 30720.

The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments from interested citizens and educators within the congressional district regarding the performance and problems of public education.
