Description of Duties:

Manages the planning, development, and implementation of operational support services for facilities.  Develops and implements policies and procedures. May manage subordinate supervisors and staff. 

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of facilities management experience OR Three years of experience in facilities or property management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following: BS in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Construction.

Salary/Benefits: Pay Grade M – Annual salary range $46,310.72 -  $81,043.76. This is a 12-month, full-time position, hired on a 12-month salary schedule.  Hiring salary is commensurate with current employment, relevant education/training, and work experience.  Benefit options include life, disability, dental and health insurance, annual/sick leave, and Employees’ Retirement or Teachers’ Retirement.
