Description of Duties:

Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas.  Duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.  May research, investigate and/or resolve program data or issues.  Drafts documentation, reports, and/or presentations. Represents program or unit and provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.

·         Supervises the Human Resources Technician and the Human Resources Office

·         Keeps the schedule and calendar for the Superintendent of the school, schedules meetings, arranges travel, and submits travel reports

·         Assists with budget processes including personnel budgets and all federal fund budgets

·         Schedules School Council meetings, abides by School Council by-laws, and keeps meeting minutes

·         Other duties as assigned

·         Some travel may be involved


Minimum Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience OR Six years of related experience. Must have ability to lead or supervise a team.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND at least four years of experience in a similar position. Experience and training with Human Resources and Legal Processes. Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Salary/Benefits: Pay Grade J – Annual Salary range:  $32,970.99 (minimum) to $57,699.23.  This is a Full-Time, 12-month position. Benefit options include life, disability, dental and health insurance; annual/sick leave; and Teachers' Retirement or Employees' Retirement.
