Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition
to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, technology,
computer science, educational administration or a related filed
·
Education experience in an instructional
coach, or leadership role at the school district, or state level
·
Evidence of success in the effective
development and delivery of online or blended learning methods for a variety of
stakeholders, especially students and teachers
·
Experience with enterprise web applications
and experience with troubleshooting technical solutions
·
Experience to meet the technological demands
of basic LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability), SIS (Student Information
Systems) administration, LMS (Learning Management System) platforms,
Comprehensive Learner Record standards, and productivity software
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills necessary for relationship building and comfortably interacting with all
stakeholders
·
Experience implementing, troubleshooting,
testing, and transferring information across multiple systems
·
Demonstrated ability to train and support all
stakeholders and communicate technical knowledge skills
·
Experience as a classroom teacher, technology
coach, or school leader with demonstrated skills in personalized learning and technology
·
Experience creating and managing professional
development modules and activities
·
Experience with implementation of Georgia’s Personalized
Learning Standards and other relevant methods
·
Strong computer and instructional designer skills,
including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
·
Demonstrated skills in meeting deadlines, keeping
records, goal setting, remaining flexible, and preparing and presenting reports
·
Experience developing and/or refining systems
by analyzing data to improve processes and programming
·
Knowledge of and ability to follow basic
federal and state laws, district policies, and overall instructional best
practices · Ability to read, interpret, comprehend, and apply advanced technological and written materials for practical purposes (e.g. laws, regulations and policies)
