Preference will be given
to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess
one or more of the following: ·
A Master’s degree in
education policy, statistics, or a related field ·
Experience conducting,
managing/coordinating data collection and data analysis, and/or conducting
comprehensive research and preparing reports for a school, school system, Regional
Educational Service Agency (RESA), federal agency, state education agency, or
other state agency level ·
Must have experience
working with data analysis and interpretation using a variety of software
solutions (Excel, SPSS, SAS, STATA, etc.) ·
A
doctorate degree or education specialist degree in School Psychology with a
specialization in program evaluation, educational leadership or a
related field ·
Excellent
skills in data visualization and interpretation and report writing and presentations
·
Advanced
knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft SQL, STATA, or equivalent ·
Excellent
oral and written communication skills ·
Knowledge of research
and evaluation methodologies, and data systems including enterprise data
warehouses and student information systems ·
Strong knowledge base of
best practices in educational statistical analysis and reporting · Experience with reporting Federal data using Federal data reporting platforms
