 Title IV, Part A Annual Reports


SEA Reporting Requirements 

As a condition of accepting federal funds, the Georgia Department of Education assures to collect and publicly post specific data and evaluation reporting requirements.  According to the Ever Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Section 4104(a)(2), each state that receives Title IV, Part A grant funding for a fiscal year shall publicly​ report on how Title IV, Part A funds are being expended by the sub-granted local educational agencies (LEAs), including the degree to which the LEAs have made progress towards meeting the objectives and intended outcomes of the Title IV, Part A funded activities/programming.
