Feb. 27, 2015 – In order to meet the requirements as set forth by IDEA 2004 for the annual state application of Georgia’s grant award under part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for federal fiscal year 2015 (2015-2016), the Georgia Department of Education is publishing the following documents for a 60-day notice beginning March 1, 2015 and running through April 30, 2015.

A 30-day comment period will run from April 1, 2015 through April 30, 2014. Your comments should be forwarded to:
