Georgia Virtual Learning
Georgia Virtual School is a program of the Georgia Department of Education's Office of Technology Services. The program is SACS CASI accredited and operates in partnership with schools and parents to offer middle school and high school level courses across the state. Georgia Virtual School provides a teacher led, virtual classroom environment. Two options are available to students, parents, and educators free of charge, an eSource and shared option. Georgia Credit Recovery
The GA DOE Credit Recovery Program is a FREE opportunity for any public high school student to retake a course in which he/she previously was not academically successful in earning credit towards graduation in core courses and limited elective courses. Credit Recovery courses are designed to be on a flexible schedule and are not facilitated by a teacher. Credit Recovery options allow students who have completed seat time and calendar requirements to earn credit based on competency of the content standards.
