Job Title:Accessible Materials Project Video Editor (Part-time)

Program/Unit:Accessible Materials Project/Atlanta Area School for the Deaf/State Schools Division
Description of Duties:
• Completes filming, editing, production, and distribution of accessible media as requested by staff and approved by the project manager and/or school principal. • Produces, organizes, and maintains inventory of accessible media (signed or captioned format) for support of classroom instruction and motivational purposes • Completes products in a professional, organized, and timely manner (properly labeled and packaged) for final distribution either on site or for outreach purposes. • Duplicates, packages, and/or digitally disseminates media as approved by project manager and/or school principal • Participate in professional development opportunities to advance video editing production skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma • Intermediate to Advanced level ASL communication skills • Proficient in English grammar and comprehension of print • Knowledge of DOS, Windows, Apple OS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, After Effects, and/or other computer operation systems • Collaborative - Must work well with students and staff
Preferred Qualifications:


Temporary/Part-time, hourly position with no benefits. Hourly pay rate of $10-$55 is commensurate with experience and education.
