 Intellectual Disabilities


​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Intellectual disabilities refer to significantly subaverage general intellectual functioning which exists concurrently with deficits in adaptive behavior that adversely affect educational performance and is manifested during the developmental period.
