​Feb. 7, 2013 - Deaf or hard-of-hearing Georgia high school seniors diagnosed with a  moderate to profound hearing loss who plan to attend college in 2013-2014 may apply for the $5,000 John T. Wheeler Memorial Scholarship offered by Quota International of Northside Atlanta. Applicants must  excel academically and be active in extra-curricular activities including, but not limited to, school clubs, community organizations, working and volunteering.
