Eighth Congressional District​

​​​Mr. Parrott is a partner at the law firms of Parrott & Mitchell, LLP in Quitman and McCollum, Rawlins, Cauley & Parrott, LLP in Thomasville. He is also a juvenile court judge for Brooks County and a municipal court judge for the City of Quitman.

Parrott sits on the boards of directors for Ag-Pro Companies and the Citizens National Bank of Quitman. He is the chairman of the board of trustees for Leadership Georgia and a vice chairman of the Community Foundation of South Georgia.

Parrott is a past president of the Quitman-Brooks County Chamber of Commerce and an original member of the Robert Warde Chambers Scholarship committee. He and his wife, Lauri, have three children and reside in Dixie.​​
