The availability of funds for state grant programs described in the Local Plan/Application will be governed b​​​​​​y the state budget. All grant applications will be accepted subject to the availability of funds.

Perkins V Local Application will be completed online via the Consolidated Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) and Local Application (LA) on the Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) and theLEA Consolidated Application website. Budget information must be loaded into the budget t​emplates at the website for the appropriate programs.
